Welcome to Rangdhanu Academy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and digital products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1. Who we are.
Rangdhanu Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://rangdhanuacademy.com/ (the “Site”) and provides educational services, courses, resources, and associated materials (the “Services”).
1.2. Eligibility.

4.4. Late payments & suspension.
In case of failure to pay fees on time, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid content until payment is made.

All materials, content, graphics, logos, course materials, trademarks, service marks, and software on the Site are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. Restrictions.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Services without our express permission.
6.1. User content.
If you post or submit any content (e.g. comments, feedback, questions), you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

You are solely responsible for your user-provided content. You represent that you own or have rights to submit it and that it does not infringe on any third party’s rights.

7.3. Cap on liability.
In all events, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability (or, if no fees, a nominal amount such as US$100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rangdhanu Academy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or connected with (a) your use of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or rights of third parties.

You may cease using our Services at any time. Termination of your account will not relieve you of obligations arising prior to such termination.
9.2. By us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to parts or all of the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you herein will cease immediately, and you must cease use of the Services.
9.3. Survival.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
10.2. Dispute resolution.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh (or an agreed arbitration forum).
11.1. Entire agreement.
These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Services.
11.2. Severability.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, such provision will be struck or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11.3. Waiver.
No waiver by us of any right under these Terms will be effective unless in writing, and no delay or omission will constitute a waiver.
11.4. Assignment.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights without restriction.

We may provide notices or communications via email, through the Site, or by other means. You agree to receive electronic communications.
