By purchasing or enrolling in any course or service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Applicability

  • This Policy applies to digital products and services (e.g. online courses, e-learning content, subscriptions) purchased through our Site.

  • Physical goods (if any) or third-party services (if offered) may have a separate return/refund policy.

  • This Policy does not apply to free content or trial offers (unless otherwise stated).

2. Cancellation Before Access / Before Starting

  • We encourage you to review all course descriptions, previews, and trial content before purchase.

4. Refunds in Case of Fault / Non-Delivery / Technical Issues

We will consider refunds (full or partial) in the following cases:

5. Timeline for Refunds

  • The time to actually appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. How to Request a Refund / Cancellation

    • Order ID / transaction reference

    • Date of purchase

    • Course or product name

    • Reason for refund

    • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

7. Exceptions & Limitations

  • Refunds will not be granted for:

    • Partial consumption of course content (e.g. you watched most of the videos before requesting).

    • Change of preference (unless within the early cancellation window and before access).

    • Technical issues on your side (e.g. device incompatibility) unless we confirm it’s due to our system.

    • Disputes or complaints made after the permitted window for requests.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect abuse or fraud.

8. Special Conditions under Bangladesh Law & E-Commerce Guidelines

  • Under Bangladesh e-commerce operational guidelines: if a seller fails to deliver the product (or service) on time, refund must occur within 10 days. The Business Standard

  • In case of disputes not resolved amicably, you may file a complaint with the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection in Bangladesh.

9. Partial Refunds & Adjustments

  • We may offer a partial refund or credit if part of the service is defective or unusable.

  • We may also offer swaps or alternative courses instead of full refund, if acceptable to the user.
